Erica started her real estate career in Greenville, South Carolina back in 2007. Since then, she has had the privilege to practice real estate in a variety of markets including Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia and for the past ten years since 2013, North Carolina. Outside of residential real estate, Erica has also worked with business owners to secure business entities and commercial leases. She also owns and manages several rental properties and continues to work with investors who are looking to do the same. Erica graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University and also holds an Associates Degree in Marketing. Currently, Erica lives in Raleigh with her husband, their two wonderful children, and their dog. She loves spending time with family and friends, socializing, traveling, camping, and golfing.
