Director of Operations
Charlotte, a North Carolina native, has been deeply involved in the real estate industry since 1999. She pursued her education at Mount Olive College, earning a degree in Criminal Justice. With a diversified background in spec homes, Luxury homes, Residential and New construction as well as a history of collaborating with prominent real estate teams in the Triangle area, Charlotte played a pivotal role in facilitating the home buying and selling processes. Her journey led her to where she currently serves as the Director of Operations, as well as overseeing a property management group as the Broker in charge.
Charlotte is a certified team specialist with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Licensed & Certified North Carolina Real Estate Instructor. She is dedicated to training and coaching agents to excel in the real estate field, ensuring that within the first three months of becoming licensed, they are actively working with customers who turn into loyal clients. Charlotte is committed to guiding agents towards success from the start of their careers and maintains an active understanding of real estate market trends.
Additionally, Charlotte is a member of PLACE, an all-in-one real estate services and technology platform designed for top teams at any brokerage. This platform streamlines the process of running a profitable real estate business, making it easier for teams to achieve their goals and serve their clients effectively.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Charlotte resides in Raleigh with her beloved dogs, Sasha and Lola. She proudly supports the UNC Tar Heels as an avid fan.
