First, and foremost, I am a proud son, brother, and uncle who knows the importance of putting family and faith first. Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, and surrounding counties, I am an expert in my market.
My career started in hospitality and customer service, where I learned the importance of going above and beyond for my clients, with over ten years of experience through several sales and management positions for Marriot International. I then went on to pursue my MBA at North Carolina State University while developing several companies; Investor Development Group, Avant-Garde Realty Services, and Dirani Properties. I began my real estate career in 2009 as a private investor, and construction project manager, selling 20 homes a year with 40% returns. Building off my passion for creating homes for my buyers, and with support from friends and family, I shifted within the industry and became a licensed real estate broker in 2013 focusing on helping protect buyers during real estate transactions, as-well-as helping them find their perfect home.
As an expert in my real estate market, I specialize in First Time Home Buyers, Luxury Real Estate, Investment Properties, as well as being certified in pricing, negotiations and business strategies. I am more of a Real Estate Consultant/Broker, versus a salesman. Averaging buyers and sellers 3 % in home equity and $3,000 in home concessions year to date.
Outside of my passion for hospitality, and real estate, I enjoy spending time with friends and family as well as continuing to create a life worth living. I look forward to waking up every morning, and doing what I love most, helping people!
